We are a membership-based commissary kitchen facility for culinary professionals. Based in Columbus, Ohio, 1400 Food Lab has served the community as a space for entrepreneurs to produce and share their food since 2017.

1400 Food Lab is an ideal place for small food businesses to get their start. We take care of many services, including general facility licensing, health inspections, and building maintenance, so that our members can focus on growing their business. Additionally, as member businesses expand, we have private spaces available for rent to accommodate their growth.

From caterers to dog food makers, ghost kitchens to cookie bakers, we have a wide variety of companies operating out of our facility. We strive to be a place where our members can create, build, and grow.
