1400 Food Lab has four hot-line stations that are each equipped with a hood, 6-burner stove, and both convection and conduction ovens. One station is equipped with a 12-gallon steam jacketed kettle and another has room under the hood for your specialty equipment.
1400 Food Lab's Food Truck Base Camp has 21 spaces, both utility and non-utility, for our food truck members. We also have a drive-thru alley that is the perfect place for food trucks to pack-up, unload, and clean all those dishes after a busy shift.
1400 Food Lab has over 40 cold storage units, both refrigerators and freezers. These units are all available to rent to our members on a first-come, first-serve basis.
1400 Food Lab has space available for larger specialty equipment that will not fit on our traditional dry storage units, such as an espresso machine or cotton candy maker.

1400 Food Lab offers a unique Food Cart Membership that allows our cart owners to cover their regulatory and inspection needs. We also offer some equipment storage options that, dependent on the type and size of cart, provide cart owners a place to park their "business."
1400 Food Lab has a large area dedicated to the dry storage of our members' production items and products. Storage is rented out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
